Get a Manicure & Pedicure (optional) a day or two before your shoot.
Be sure to pick a color that will go well with all your outfits or go with a french tip or neutral tone. An hombre look adds a modern feel, while a white french tip lends to a classic look. A black french tip adds some edginess! Whatever nails you decide, the main idea is to make sure your nail color does NOT draw away from your face or body.
If you don't like having nails, grab a set of press-ons at the store. They're perfect for temporary needs like your boudoir session!
I would highly suggest pampering yourself with a pedicure. The color on your toes can pretty much be anything you want! They'll mostly be in the background, but there's never not an excuse to get one!
